MARION S. MADINE became a licensed attorney in Arizona in May, 2020. Since July 1, 2020, she has been practicing with David Estes as his law partner (after having worked with him as a Legal Assistant since 2006). She is directly involved in all aspects of the firm’s work with clients on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and guardianship and conservatorship matters. Before moving to Arizona, Marion practiced law for five years as a Solicitor in Birmingham, England, specializing in trust and estate laws. She obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Legal Practice from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle in 1996; a Masters Degree in Law and Business Administration from the University of Ulster at Jordanstown in 1995; and a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) Degree from Queens University of Belfast, Northern Ireland, in 1994.
